    As I was reading the default starting lineup I could not help but think of that line in Major League. "Who the hell are these guys?"

    That Caissie trade all day, which means it won't happen. :P Over on MLB rumors the Cubs fans want nothing to do with trading him away. I can see why, but it seems their FO is all in on getting back to the playoffs with that Tucker trade. Add Jesus, and if he stays healthy, they have a great shot. Should be interesting to see how this plays out, if at all.

    Agree that De Jong is probably the best option for the Marlins. Plus, we have too many that need to play 1B/DH already. At least that is my impression with the current roster and guys we might call up.

    This was Edwards starting to make noise. I can see 50 bags if he plays all year. That with that batting average plays well on offense. Hope he and the team get some health luck this season so we can get a solid read on where some of these guys are in their progress.

    Great article. Great comments. I actually want to contribute to this issue by having them play DLS and Ramirez. :) Let them play! Expecting them to find some average major leaguer to add to the outfield group is my guess. I wouldn't be opposed to it. That being said, let the young guys play and maybe some become the guys we are marketing next season.

    I've lurked since the demise of Fish Stripes but never signed up. Today I can say I'm officially in and ready for this season. With that starting lineup who can't see a title this year. ;) I don't know how or when, but they have to get DLS in the lineup asap for the sake of the fans. If we can get Ramirez and DLS in the lineup I will be highly entertained. If we're going to take L's let's at least watch and hope those two can turn into some players. Let's go Ely and GO FISH!
