Of the above list, my money is on Nathaniel Lowe being added to this team. Given his history with Bendix, I feel as if he's a lock. It fits the model of what Bendix is doing. Even though he struggled at the beginning of 2025, he bounced back after being traded to Boston. I think there is a match here. Additionally, he is an upgrade at 1B for the Fish regardless. The team would be better with him.
Bendix will research the market before committing any finances to players. The suggestions you've put forth are where I'm mentally going. Bendix will look at non-tendered players before financially committing to free agency.
