I see most of us, Marlins fans, DESTROYING Sandy for this outing, all over different social media platforms. Saying he's done, he sucks, "Sandy special", we should trade him, etc, etc, etc.
This was, ONCE AGAIN, a McCullough-Moskos terrible call. If you are a manager, you are supposed to know when to pull your pitcher out and have the balls to do so, even if he's freaking Nolan Ryan.
Right out the gate, in the very first inning, Sandy wasn't having it. His CH was up in the zone. The last batter Sandy should have seen yesterday was the HBP in the 6th inning. That was it. Then Otto didn't help, but that was already too late. And then... WHY THE HELL DO YOU LEAVE SANDY vs Jeezy?
My point is, Sandy might not be the same Cy Young guy, but he's still the ace of the rotation, and you all need to chill out. He didn't have his best yesterday and still should have left the game with 3 ER in 5 2/3 and that was absolutely fine. Others are the ones we should blame.
