Jesus Luzardo and Reds suspended SS/3B Noelvi Marte share basically equal value according to baseballtradevalues. Reds see themselves in the hunt for post season play. Marte will be eligible by the 81st game of this season after serving his penalty on a drug violation. Therefore, it's an opportune time to grab Marte, who could become a Marlins star.

I begin and end with this suggestion because I don't see any Marlins trade bait that could capture a solid building block.
