The first sign that the Marlins were bagging the season

was right there behind the plate, at the most watched position in baseball. Despite not having even a whisper of offensive talent at the position, the Marlins did nothing to rectify it.

Sad but true, the position could have been in the mitt of William Contreras, who is now seen as one of the very top tier backstops in the game. Contreras and all star third baseman Austin Riley were presented as on the table for Realmuto.

Now is perhaps time to rectify that. The only weakness in the Dodger lineup is second base, and LA doesn't like any weaknesses. Jazz is a great fit for Hollywood. Perhaps we send him to LA for top Dodger prospect Dalton Rushing, a great fit for the present and next handful of years.
