It can be argued that Kyle Teel can be worth the gamble, but here's the question I have.

 

Will he even be on the board by the time the Marlins get to pick him? He seems like the best catching prospect, in a pool where there's already not a whole lot of competition. It may have been possible the Marlins might have a chance at him if they didnt go on that random winning stretch in a feign attempt at trying to be "competitive" last year and slipped so far in the tanking ranks, and we potentially wouldn't be saddled with the 10th overall pick.

 

Maybe if the draft class is stacked with cant-miss prospects, the Marlins might have an outside chance at taking him, but if it isn't, then they're kinda SOL here.
