    I'm not seeing a win from a Quantrill or Gillispie start, so 2-1 Mariners. I used to smoke Raleighs to I'll go with him as MVP.

    Snelling and Mazur should both be in the Marlins rotation right now. They don't walk many hitters and are looking great. Fitterer and Miller are coming on.

    The Marlins have really great options to make over the bullpen. Roa and Seth Martinez have been very effective at Jacksonville.

    Time to consider Marsee for the full-time CF and leadoff hitter. He's magic for getting on base and is a truly great base stealer. Edwards drops to two in the order. Those two would represent great table setters for Ramirez and Sanchez.

    Agree that Mazur is next man up, but with Weathers coming back, I'd like to see Snelling move to AAA.

    Looking back, Marsee was better earlier in his career. Hopefully last year was just a blip on the radar. He's even showing some power this season.

    Edwards or Lopez will be traded down the road, because X is not a shortstop.

    We'll put up an extended article on Marsee soon because it is a pretty fascinating progression. The current version looks a lot like the player I thought they were getting at the time of the trade.
