    There not making the playoffs, if they finish 3 games under it was a great season. I do think back to a lot of missed chances this season like letting Simpson give up 8 in a tie game in the ninth, or just the misuse of the bullpen all year. It does seem like there moving in the right direction though and there’s hope for next year. Keep Sandy to anchor the rotation and be a veteran presence, cut wagamen and move Gus to first. Then playoffs are in the cards next year.

    Yes mack looks like a future great catcher along with Thomas white as pitcher. That don’t mean that they haven’t s*** the bed in every draft pretty much since 2018. The entire team is made up of players traded for. Glad there’s someone new at the helm for player development.

    I hope they hold on to Sandy to anchor what could be a dominant rotation. Sandy, weathers, eury, garret, Myers would be sick. Bullpen cabby, junk, Ronny, bender and faucher main parts the bullpen. Won’t need much offense if that stays healthy. Love cabby in the rotation just don’t think he’ll ever throw more than 100 innings he’d be a dominant closer.

    I think wagamen should have been cut 3 months ago. Just cause he’s started hitting some singles with no exit velocity should he get another year. He has no power he’s not great defensively, and it’s not like he’s young. I know getting a guy like naylor going to happen but there are other options on the free agent market. Ryan ohearn wouldn’t be bad and shouldn’t break the bank

    Are they not going to snelling a s*** tomorrow? It’s after August so should affect his service time, I like to see what he’s got and going against one of the worst teams in league.

    Nice win it’s that time of year with nothing to really play for other than spoiler. I’m just hoping they can build on this a get close to a 500 season.

    In my 40 years of watching baseball I’ve never seen a s*** show quite that bad. The game tied at 2 and you save the ninth for your two worst arms in bullpen. I’m tired of hearing Ronny thrown a record amount of pitches, if he can only pitch once a week what’s the f***ing point of keeping him in the bullpen. If that’s the case shut him down for the year and call someone up. You instead deploy two arms that should have been sent down weeks ago. Also Clayton you moron Hernandez has no speed in left field runners in first and second stop making him play so shallow it’s the 4th time he’s been burned deep in that situation I’d rather have two outs and a sack fly than a double.

    I can’t stand Kyle sielaff, or rod allen. Tommy great as always wish he would be play by play all year long and bring back rich waltz they where great together. Kyle just has no personality, zero pop culture knowledge he’s just boring. Also who doesn’t love a good Tommy rant when someone doesn’t hustle or this weekend when Gus tried to frame the ball before catching it classic Tommy.

    Well my prediction is Junk is down the rest of year. What a find Bendix had a great season for us. My question will it be snelling or mazurs?

    Why not Robby Snelling at this point. We need a lefty in the rotation and he’s putting up video game numbers in triple A. I don’t see gusto being a long term rotation piece with weathers, garret, and Myers coming back next season. At this point we practically out of the playoff race why not bring a top prospect to get us excited about next season.

    Keeping Gus behind the plate at this point is just bad baseball. He’s not a catcher, needs to be moved to first. Joe Mack is the future behind the plate with hicks backing him up. That would solve the lack of production from first, and don’t have the numbers but I’ve noticed a big drop in Gus production while catching as well.

    Well I’m guessing Troy going back down, he had two hits yesterday and a home run can’t have that.

    I really hope that homer can snap Myers out of his funk. I know he’s older but love his arm and defense, not to mention his intensity. Good start from junk, liked bender in the ninth playoffs not happening this year hopefully they can turn the corner after this win and give us a 500 season. Sign a 1st baseman in the offseason and this team can compete. Personally would love to see them sign Naylor but I know Sherman won’t spend that type of money.

    I actually starting wondering if Clayton is actively trying to lose. When I seen Simpson come in I turned the game off. When you have Faucher, and Henriquez available the latter not pitching since Tuesday you don’t put in the guy with a 6 era that should have been sent down weeks ago. He can try to justify it all he wants was one off his dumbest decision of the season. We went from getting excited about this team and thinking wildcard a chance to 6 games under. The big reason in my opinion is the mismanagement of the bullpen.

    I’d like to see Johnston actually get a real chance. Been up a couple weeks now has 22 AB. Was pulled last night after one AB for the great wagamen to come in and strikeout. I know it was a lefty reliever but it was the 4th inning. He’s only really playing every third day his defense alone should give home more opportunities than that.

    I’d like to see marsee hitting higher in the lineup. The 2 spot in my opinion, has good speed and a on base machine. Him and X at top with stowers in driving them in at 3 spot. Just hope the win last night snapped this team out of there funk.

    I’m kinda loss myself to why we are giving Soriano his 20th opportunity, as well as zuber, and Simpson. Looking at the numbers the relief pitchers on this list should be on the 40 man over those three.

    Zuber should be bagging groceries with Soriano next week there both garbage. This entire series the bullpen was mismanaged they didn’t hit today but what you expect when the bullpen and rotation blow every lead.

    I about fell over when Soriano went into the game he’s been terrible for 2 years now but keeps getting chances needs to go. In the second game why was wagamen not pinch hit for with runners on second and third. Had two lefties on the bench in Johnson and hicks yet it’s wagamen. I don’t get the love affair with him and this coaching staff I’ve seen nothing that makes me think he’s a long term big leaguer.

    At least it was a complete team effort in blowing the game. I was at a complete loss when he sent Simpson out there, top of the lineup and all righties. Hopefully cabby can go 7 or 8 tonight I’m sure there going to change out some bullpen arms before the game today cause there no one down there at this point that not worked in last two days.
