    We've won 6 out of 7. If the playoffs are our goal and we need bullpen help, why trade King, Peterson or Fairbanks. Bender's return would help. Stowers is a foundation piece. If Myers is returning we have 5 solid starters. Pretty much every player is signed and under 30. I hate to lose Hicks, but Connine and Caissee can DH, so a good time to sell high especially when his power spurt looks over. X has lost the power and doesn't run like he used to. I considered him a foundation piece, but could see him getting traded. Gage Miller?

    Gus still can't catch. I think Stowers is now locked in at 1B, but Alderman could balance the L/R outfield.

    Happy with the win, but when will they stop the early pinch hitting platoon. It would've been nice to have Connine up with 2 outs 2 on in the 8th. X had quite an 8th inning. bad challenge on a 3-1 called strike (he walked anyway), jogging to 3rd with 2 outs and not looking at the 3rd base coach.

    We got lucky that he didn't ph early for Connine or Leo would have been up in a clutch situation. Why did Philipps get the hook?

    I wouldn't lump Chapman with Skubal and Miller. Giants want to get rid of him and will probably pay down a good amount for a couple of lower rung prospects. Berry and Ramirez? Good riddance

    Marsee and Ramirez both had great first months and then floundered. Maybe this is who they really are. Thankfully we didn't give either early extensions.

    Early hooks. Early pinch hitters. No development individually and a short bench in the late innings. FYI: Caissee has a higher ops against left handers than Jimenez. Conine has 13 at bats against left handers. Can they improve against lefties?

    Agreed. These early inning pinch hitters weaken the bench for late innings. Even the announcer pointed out they have only one left handed reliever, so Connine would have faced a righty later.

    Definitely top 10 without a doubt. Top 5 maybe a bit optimistic today, but definitely in the future

    Sanoja shouldn't have gotten an error, but Edwards on(prescribed off day) makes that play all day long and probably turns a dp.

    Those early platoon changes leave you with no options after the 7th inning when you need them.

    Stowers looks good at 1B and Hicks is coming back. Pauley is better than Norby or Sanoja at 3rd, but a veteran upgrade would help.

    Garrett could turn it around, but Norby ,I just don't see it.. At his best no glove, average speed and 15 home run power. Edwards / Lopez / Mack gives us long term strength up the middle, except for Marsee who looks lost at the plate

    His 7 errors have been spread between 2B SS and 3B, but agree on the hitting

    Arquette has the power to move to 3rd where we have nothing, but I don't think he is having what I would call a strong season.

    Before this winning streak, I was all in on trading Sandy, though I did think his value was down. Now we are in the think of the wild card race with Perez, Garret and Milibrandt waiting in the wings. Joe Mack's defense plus "as good as Ramirez" offense has been a big help and he has caught all 3 in the minors. We definitely need help at 3rd base, but tradng a proven starter for a AAA prospect to rely on down the stretch is scary. Gage Miller has gone under the radar, but he is tearing it up in AA and AAA this year. I like his low strikeout rate.

    Milbrandt ate up AA and has 2 great AAA starts. Better franchises than us jump 22 or younger pitchers when they are short handed. Worked out last year for Yesavage. Time to give Pauley another shot? Still the best glove at 3rd
