What does a rebuild even look like?

Players you don't want and have no trade value: De La Cruz, Burger, Bell, Anderson, J Sanchez, Fortes, Bethancourt, Brujan, Gordon, Myers, Players with maybe a tiny bit of value: Jazz, Luzardo, Tanner Scott. Players you should keep but have little trade value: Lopez, Edwards, Sanoja.

Note: Sure wish the team had kept Eder. I think he's going to be good -

Forgot a category of player: Those who used to have potential but now have little trade value so you pretty much hold on and hope for the best. Garrett, Rogers, Cabrera, Hoeing.

Eder is 25 in AA and has an over 4 era and whip of 1.5. So explain that to me. Jazz has a lot of value and we do want him. Luzardo has a lot of value and we could also keep him. Rogers has decent value as a young left-handed starter. De la Cruz has more value to us than to other teams. Burger is worth allowing him to see if he can improve. Tanner Scott has legit value. Brujan needs time to see what he is. Xavier edwards also. Bell and Sanchez would be throw in players with Scott or Rogers.
