Although makes more sense Rodriguez, it is hard to pass on Giolito’s skill. Maybe calling back Eddy and send it to the bullpen?

As for the OFs, I’d go with Bader.

For once, you were right. Tough to predict what the Guardians did, but I wouldn’t have minded claiming Clevinger and released Cueto.

 

On the offense, I think Bader would have been useful, ditto Renfroe.

 

I guess this confirms the FO is giving up. The players did that a few days ago.

The money owed to Clevinger was unreasonable due to the buyout of his 2024 option. Would not have been worth it. But very bad look for them to come up completely empty.
