  1. I guess I’ll make picks again now that I resubscribed - fish sweep Norby
  2. Just doing this for fun at this point- Marlins sweep - Burger
  3. Marlins win 2 - I am disappointed that I can’t pick Garcia. Will settle for Jesus Sanchez
  4. Marlins need a sweep. But I’ll say they take 2 of 3. De La Cruz
  5. Marlins take two — MVP: Bendix and Bryan De La Cruz
  6. Marlins need a sweep. But I will say they take 3 of 4. Bryan De La Cruz MVP
  7. The question for me tonight - as it is every night - how long can the starter keep the Marlins in the game while the offense tries to find its way? Say what you will about the offensive struggles, but Marlins SPs always seem to have that one inning that the team can't come back from.
  8. To really feel as though the pitching staff is "turning the corner" - the Marlins need AT LEAST 3 of their five starters to develop SOME sense of consistency. This has no yet happened. Further, they have to settle on what the back end of their bullpen is going to look like to say they are turning the corner. For now, too many questions remain to be answered. I am happy with the series split against the Cubs, but let's not overreact and think THIS is the start of a turnaround. When and if the Marlins can work their way to around 5 or less games under-500 - the conversation can take place.
