The WBC resumes on Friday. Expect Owen Caissie and Otto Lopez to both be in Canada's starting lineup for their quarterfinals matchup against Team USA (first pitch at 8:00 p.m. ET).

Sandy Alcantara started for the Dominican Republic in their victory over Venezuela on Wednesday. If they advance deep enough into the tournament, he is interested in making another appearance.
