1. Alcantara - 2018 Ozuna trade headliner, then extended ($17MM this year)
2. Bachar - 2024 waiver claim
3. Bellozo - 2024 trade for Amaya, who was on waivers at the time.  
4. Bender - 2021 signed to a minors contract out of the Independent League.  ($1.42MM in arb this year)
5. Faucher - 2024 trade with Brujan for Lara and Lindsey.  Very little value at the time.  Both Brujan and Faucher were about to hit the waiver wire.  
6. Gillispie - 2025 waiver claim
7. Henriquez - 2025 waiver claim
8. Meyer - 2020 draft (rd 1 pick 3, $6.7MM bonus)
9. Phillips - 2025 trade for cash.  Basically a waiver claim
10. Quantrill - 2025 free agent signing (1 yr, 3.5MM)
11. Soriano -  2015 International signing ($55k bonus)
12. Tinoco - 2024 waiver claim
13. Veneziano - 2024 waiver claim

So only one draft pick, one long-shot international signing, one high-end trade prospect, and 10 waiver wire or valueless guys (when we acquired them) make up our pitching staff.

1. Fortes - 2018 draft (rd 4, pick 117, $425k bonus, $1.86MM in arbitration)
2. Hicks - 2025 rule 5 draft, never played above AA
3. Bride - 2024 trade for cash
4. Edwards - 2023 trade with Chargois for Johnson and Suarez 
5. Lopez - 2024 waiver claim
6. Mervis - 2025 trade for Brujan. Basically swapping busted prospects instead of putting them on waivers
7. Sanoja - 2019 International signing ($90k bonus)
8. Wagaman - 2025 free agent signing.  Basically a minors deal so it doesn't count
9. Conine - 2021 trade for cash
10. Hill - 2024 waiver claim
11. Myers - 2022 waiver claim
12. Stowers - 2024 trade with Norby for Rogers.  He probably could have been claimed on waivers if we waited 2 months
13. Pauley - 2024 trade with Snelling, Mazur, and Beshears for Scott and Hoeing

Once again only one draft pick, one international signing, 9 waiver-type guys, and 2 legit prospects received in trades.  Not a single legit free agent.
