There are several players on the list that do not belong. Since when does being young and / or a high draft choice automatically make one a top prospect? Seems to me a player should earn that by performing well. As a general rule, I think all players from the most recent draft should automatically be excluded from any top prospect list

Assuming consistency of performance is an important factor, are there any Marlins minor league starting pitchers who have pitched at least 10 consecutive starts of 5 innings or more this year?

I think the top prospect thing is a joke. Players are labeled top prospects before they have proven themselves. They need to earn it, not have it handed to them. Guys like White, Marsee, Snelling and Mack have earned it and belong on the list but there are plenty on the list that DO NOT belong there

This is not directly related to the Marlins but why is FIP better than ERA when measuring pitcher performance? Why does a pitcher have more control over a home run vs a single, double or triple?
