So far, hot start to the season. Give him props because he looked like he couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat during Spring Training. I hope his production doesn't tail off too much by the end of the season.

Braves bats woke up a bit today against the Dodgers. Don't let them get their confidence back.

On the bright side, Otto Lopez may be worth keeping around depending on how hard he drops off as the season goes forward. Not sure if he would be much of a trade piece at the deadline, but if he continues to deliver, then it could be a bargain contract to keep him around a couple years or so.

Diamond Sports emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy last month, rebanded as Main Street Sports Group, and are cutting costs with cheap but tolerable on-air talent replacements. I expect the same with Jessica Blaylock's replacement. Maybe a woman with a couple years experience in Triple A baseball broadcasts.
