  1. Personally, I have never booed at players but that's just me. Fans have the right to express how they feel about Avi and his lack of production. He should take it like a man and keep his chin up and shut up his mouth and do what he was signed for and not give excuses. Yes, he has been hurt but when healthy he has been horrible. What does he want? Be cheered? If it happened today it's only because of April Fool's Day. Good luck!
  2. It was pathetic to watch Avi swing at those 3 pitches. Right there we could have/should have won the game.
  3. Not the usual time to trade a guy like Berti but he was taking playing time away from Myers and Edwards who have a higher ceiling, younger and cheaper.
  4. I agree with Miguel that some things that happen in the clubhouse should remain in the clubhouse but I also think Miguel thinks too highly of himself, a big ego. Specially for someone with such a poor production on the offensive side.
  5. Though a small sample size, it is very encouraging Meyer throwing like he did vs. Yankees as his first outing back from TJ. He was always highly ranked as a prospect and his two starts in 2023 proved he has MLB stuff. Good to see him back.
  6. I don't understand keeping Meyer off the big league team roster.
  7. Meyer will only need to prove he’s healthy and fully recovered from TJ. There’s nothing left for him to do at the minor leagues level so that will force a trade of one of our left-handed starters, Rogers maybe unless the team plans to hold to Luzardo until the trade deadline and see what return he can command if they’re out of contention.
  8. No, thank you. Cabrera fixes his control issues and we’re talking about a pitcher with ace stuff and years of club control which is what the Marlins historically look for in a trade. His value is way higher than Cardinals system #9 prospect. The Marlins need to acquire MLB ready talent for SS and behind the plate in a trade. Personally, I would give Amaya a fair shot to earn everyday SS job. His MiLB numbers are as good as of those who we have been linked to in the offseason. Watching Wendle take everyday at bats last season while Amaya was killing in the minors was pathetic.
