Drafting top candidates for 2025 Marlins Opening Day roster

Expect to see a much different group of players on the field for the Miami Marlins when the 2025 season begins. Attempting to predict the return of injured players, prospect promotions, spring training position battles and offseason acquisitions, four Fish On First staffers held a six-round draft of Opening Day roster candidates and explained reach of their selections.

Nate Karzmer: Jesús Sánchez, Sandy Alcantara, Braxton Garrett, Nick Fortes, Jesús Tinoco and Matt Moore (bonus round)
