Arraez enters Friday ranking in the 100th percentile among MLB hitters in strikeout rate and whiff rate and in the 99th percentile in expected batting average. His actual batting average of .378 is 47 points better than the next-closest MLB qualifier. That's despite being in the midst of a slump (hitless in his last three games).
